    Log, yoke, farmer's, stones, tire.

    Saturday Strongman is the specialty of the house. Whether you are new to the sport or prepping for a comp, six years on the platform means you are learning from someone who has done it.

    Technical coaching for the big three. Build your one-rep potential with a proven coach who has competed and trained lifters to personal bests.

SWALL Fitness runs out of a dedicated 300 square foot training studio with fifteen foot ceilings and almost every strength building implement you could need. Sessions are capped, the floor is yours.

SWALL Fitness started in 2017 with in-person training, long days, and a belief that strength changes lives.

After fifteen years in the military, training civilians and service members alike, Shawn Wall realized something. Fitness is not just physical. It is mental. It is discipline. It is identity.

SWALL Fitness exists to help people build strength for life, not just for aesthetics. If you are tired of feeling weak, sluggish, or disconnected from your body, this space is for you.
